Accessibility Statement

LAST UPDATED 2026-08-18

An accessibility statement that only lists what a site does well is marketing. This one lists what we know is not right yet, because that is the part you can hold us to.

The standard we build to

WCAG 2.2 level AA is the target. In practice that means text contrast of at least 4.5:1, a visible focus state on every interactive element, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, headings in a logical order, alternative text on every meaningful image, and a site you can read and browse with JavaScript switched off.

Target is the honest word. We have not commissioned an independent audit, so this is a statement of intent and internal practice rather than a certification. Nobody has signed anything.

What we know is not right yet

This list is maintained rather than decorative. It is accurate as of the date at the top of this page and shortens as things get fixed.

No independent audit. No assistive-technology user testing and no third-party WCAG audit has been carried out.

Imagery. Product and lifestyle photography is still being loaded onto the site. Where an image has not landed, its container may render empty. Alternative text is written for every image in the data layer regardless.

Long-form content. The article corpus arrived from an external writing pipeline and its heading structure, table markup and link text have not all been checked by hand.

No accessibility conformance report. There is no VPAT or ACR for this site. If you need one for a procurement process, ask and we will tell you honestly where we are.

Telling us about a problem

If any part of this site is hard for you to use, that is a bug and we want it. Email hello@tryinstamed.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Tell us what you are using — screen reader, magnifier, keyboard only — if you are comfortable doing so; it makes the fix much faster. A human reads every message and you will get a reply, not a ticket number.

If the site is the barrier, use the phone equivalent. Anything you can do on this site you can do by email instead: place an order, request a certificate of analysis, ask a product question. We will not make you fight an interface to buy something.

Still needs a lawyer. This document was written by the people who run the site, not by an attorney. The following are deliberately absent rather than invented, and are on the pre-launch list:

  • Whether an ADA Title III accessibility statement for this business needs specific language, and whether a formal conformance report is required before launch.

Nothing on this page is legal advice. Spotted something wrong or missing? hello@tryinstamed.com.

The other four policies

  • Medical DisclaimerEverything on tryinstamed.com is educational, not medical advice. What that means, who these products are and are not for, and each page’s review status.
  • Terms of SaleHow ordering works on tryinstamed.com: what an order commits you to, how the invoice works, what we charge, and what happens after you place one.
  • Privacy PolicyWhat tryinstamed.com collects, where it goes, what we never do with it, and how to correct or delete your data. Written against the systems running today.
  • Shipping & ReturnsWhen orders ship, what shipping costs, how returns work on an ingestible product, and what happens if something arrives damaged or wrong.
