tryinstamed.com is an independent authorized reseller of InstaMed / InstaRelease™ oral dissolving strips, made in Draper, Utah. We are not the manufacturer. InstaMed states its strips are manufactured to cGMP; that is the brand’s claim and we report it as theirs. More on how we source in About.

You must be 18 or older to order. By placing an order you confirm your age and that you have read the Medical Disclaimer. Orders ship within the United States only — the checkout address form takes a US state and ZIP code and nothing else.

There is no card payment on this site yet. Checkout has no card form and no payment processor behind it. Placing an order submits your details and the items you selected; it does not charge you anything, and no card number is collected or stored at any point.

What happens after you place an order. You receive a confirmation email with an order reference, then a separate invoice covering the order total plus tax and, below the free-shipping threshold, shipping. Nothing ships until that invoice is paid.

You can cancel before paying. An unpaid invoice is not a debt. If you change your mind between placing the order and paying, reply to the confirmation email or write to hello@tryinstamed.com and the order is cancelled at no cost. We would rather you did that than pay for something you no longer want.

We may decline an order. Stock, pricing and eligibility are confirmed on the invoice. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you rather than substitute something else.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are the authoritative figures for the catalogue. We observe the manufacturer’s minimum advertised price policy. Sales tax and, where it applies, shipping are added on the invoice — the checkout page says so above the submit button rather than in fine print. There are no handling fees, surcharges or hidden line items.

Nothing on this site renews. Subscribe & Save pricing appears on product pages as an indication of what a subscription will cost. There is no recurring billing behind it today, no card is stored, and no order placed now will ever renew or charge you again.

When subscriptions do go live they will require a separate, unticked consent to the recurring terms — shown before any billing detail is taken, stating the interval, the amount, the date of the first renewal and how to cancel — plus self-serve cancellation that is as easy as signing up. Those disclosures are a legal requirement, not a courtesy, and this page will be rewritten before the first one is sold.

Content on this site may not be reproduced to market other products, and may not be quoted in a way that attaches a health claim we do not make ourselves. Automated scraping that degrades the site for other people is not permitted.

The date at the top of this page is the last substantive change. Terms in force when you placed an order are the terms that govern it; we do not apply a later revision retroactively to an order already placed.
