Recovery & Repair Peptide Strips

Sublingual peptide strips built around compounds people research for recovery — BPC-157, GHK-Cu, Thymosin Alpha-1 and the KLOW blend — in an oral dissolving film you place under the tongue. No needles, no reconstitution, no cold-shipped vials. Every box prints a lot number in plain type, and InstaMed states the strips are made to cGMP in Draper, Utah — a brand claim we report as theirs.

Two compounds we don't sell on their own

TB-500 and KPV are two of the most-searched recovery peptides — and neither exists here as a standalone strip. Both are components of the KLOW blend. Here's what each one is, and where to read more before you decide anything.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment)

In KLOW only

A synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a peptide found throughout the body’s tissues. It appears in KLOW at 300 mcg per strip. It is widely discussed in recovery communities, but the human evidence base is thin — which is exactly why we cover it as education rather than selling it solo.

KPV (alpha-MSH tripeptide fragment)

In KLOW only

A three-amino-acid fragment of alpha-MSH that researchers have studied in lab and animal models. It appears in KLOW at 500 mcg per strip. Human data is limited, so we do not offer it standalone — it is one of four compounds in the blend, disclosed on the label.

Why the honesty? Because a store that would sell you anything isn't a store you can trust about what works. The guides above are open to everyone and carry no buy buttons.

About this collection

What "recovery and repair" actually means here

Every product in this collection is built around a peptide that shows up in the recovery literature — BPC-157, GHK-Cu, thymosin alpha-1, and the four compounds inside KLOW. We use the phrase “supports the body’s normal recovery processes” deliberately: these are dietary supplements, not treatments, and none of them is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. What we can do is tell you exactly what each compound is, what the research does and doesn’t establish, and what is physically in the box — down to the lot number printed on every carton. Start with our BPC-157 education page or the peptide library if you're new to the category.

Why oral dissolving strips instead of injections

Most peptides sold online arrive as lyophilized powder the buyer is expected to reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and inject — a workflow designed for research labs, not kitchen counters. An oral dissolving film moves the same category to a format people actually finish: place a strip under the tongue, let it dissolve, then swallow. The sublingual route is interesting because the tissue under the tongue is thin and highly vascular, which lets some compounds bypass first-pass digestion. How much of any given peptide takes that path is an open scientific question, and we will not publish absorption numbers nobody has measured — our post on whether sublingual BPC-157 actually works walks through the honest state of the evidence.

How to choose within this collection

If you are comparing single-compound strips, the practical differences are the compound itself, the amount per strip, the count per box, and the price per strip — all listed in plain type on each product card and product page. Rebuild carries BPC-157 at 500 mcg per strip and is the most-searched single compound in the category. Beauty carries GHK-Cu at 3 mg and sits at the intersection of skin structure and repair. Immune carries thymosin alpha-1 at 500 mcg. KLOW is the four-compound blend — BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV in one strip — and the only way to get TB-500 or KPV in this catalogue, since neither exists as a standalone product. If you are deciding between formats entirely, our comparison of strips and injectables lays out the trade-offs without the marketing gloss.

What we can verify, and what we cannot

tryinstamed.com is an independent authorized reseller: we buy directly from InstaMed in Draper, Utah, rather than relabeling gray-market stock. InstaMed states its strips are manufactured to cGMP; that is the brand’s claim and we have not been able to tie it to a named facility, so we report it as theirs rather than ours. What is checkable by you is the lot number printed on every box. Where a certificate of analysis has been published for a lot, it is on our COA lookup page; where one has not, that lot is marked pending rather than hidden. How to read a peptide COA explains what a real one has to contain before it means anything.

Questions

Recovery & Repair — common questions

Do I need a prescription to buy these strips?

No prescription is required — all products in this collection are sold as dietary supplements for adults 18+. Talk to a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new product.

Why isn't TB-500 (or KPV) sold on its own?

Because no standalone strip exists for them — TB-500 and KPV are components of the KLOW blend, and we would rather say that plainly than fake a product page. Both compounds have education guides on this site: TB-500 and KPV.

How do dissolving strips compare to injectable peptides?

Injection delivers a measured dose directly into tissue and is the route used in most published research. Strips trade that certainty for practicality: no needles, no reconstitution, no refrigeration logistics, and a format most people use consistently. Head-to-head human comparisons for these specific compounds do not exist yet, and we will not pretend otherwise — see the science article for the full picture.

Where do the strips come from, and can I see testing?

All strips are supplied by InstaMed in Draper, Utah, and every box carries a printed lot number. InstaMed states the strips are made to cGMP — that is the brand’s claim, not an independent verification we can offer. Per-lot certificates of analysis are published on our COA lookup page as they land; lots without a posted COA are marked pending rather than hidden.
