Medical Disclaimer
LAST UPDATED 2026-08-18
This is the document to read before anything else on the site. It applies to every product page, education page, blog article and assistant response here.
Educational only
The content on tryinstamed.com is provided for educational purposes. It is not medical advice, it does not establish a provider relationship, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who knows your history.
This includes the assistant. Any answer generated by an on-site chat assistant is subject to this same disclaimer. It is not a clinician, it cannot know your circumstances, and it will decline dosing questions rather than guess.
Not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services. Do not use this site, our email address, or any form on it to report one — nothing here is monitored continuously.
What these products are, legally
Products sold on this site are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
No product here is a drug, and none is approved by the FDA for any use. Where our pages describe a benefit, they describe support for a normal body process — a structure/function claim — and nothing more. If you find a page on this site that reads as a disease claim, tell us at hello@tryinstamed.com and we will correct it.
Who these products are not for
Adults 18+. Products on this site are intended for adults 18 years of age and older.
Not for use if pregnant or nursing. This applies to every product in the catalogue without exception.
Talk to a provider first if any of these apply. You take prescription medication, you have a diagnosed medical condition, you are scheduled for surgery, or you are planning to combine products. The contraindications article covers the specific interactions worth raising.
Drug-tested sport. Several compounds in this catalogue belong to families that appear on anti-doping prohibited lists. Being sold as a dietary supplement is not a defence in a testing case. Check with your sport’s authority before use, not after — see our write-up on prohibited lists.
Review status of this site
No page on this site is labelled "medically reviewed", because no named licensed clinician has reviewed it. If that ever changes, the reviewer’s name, credentials and review date will appear on the page itself — not as a badge in a footer.
The article corpus has not yet been through legal review. That review is scheduled and is a launch gate; until it completes, treat every page here as a draft written in good faith rather than as a vetted document.
Still needs a lawyer. This document was written by the people who run the site, not by an attorney. The following are deliberately absent rather than invented, and are on the pre-launch list:
- Confirmation that the structure/function language across the article corpus and product pages meets FTC and FDA expectations for this category.
Nothing on this page is legal advice. Spotted something wrong or missing? hello@tryinstamed.com.
The other four policies
- Terms of SaleHow ordering works on tryinstamed.com: what an order commits you to, how the invoice works, what we charge, and what happens after you place one.
- Privacy PolicyWhat tryinstamed.com collects, where it goes, what we never do with it, and how to correct or delete your data. Written against the systems running today.
- Shipping & ReturnsWhen orders ship, what shipping costs, how returns work on an ingestible product, and what happens if something arrives damaged or wrong.
- Accessibility StatementThe accessibility standard tryinstamed.com is built to, the gaps we know about, and how to tell us when something on the site does not work for you.
