What are the minimum order quantities?
Wholesale has no monthly minimums — order case packs as needed. White-label carries a per-SKU production minimum sized for a realistic first run, and custom formulation carries the highest minimums of the five programs. Exact figures are shared during verification.
How fast do wholesale orders ship?
Stocked wholesale orders ship from US inventory, typically within 2 business days of payment. White-label and custom production runs follow their own production timelines, which we quote per project.
Do I need a medical license to buy wholesale?
Not for the retail line — business documentation is enough for gyms, retailers, and online resellers. Pro-only SKUs (such as PT-141+) require license verification appropriate to your state, which we walk through during account setup.
How does dropship actually work day to day?
Your customer orders on your storefront at your retail price; the order reaches us by integration, CSV, or email; we pick, pack, and ship from US inventory and push tracking back to you. You're invoiced at reseller pricing, and the margin between the two is yours. MAP applies.
What are the affiliate terms?
Commission on referred retail sales via tracked links, monthly payouts above a minimum balance, and a mandatory creative policy: pre-approved claims language and FTC disclosures on every post. Rate, attribution window, and payout minimum are stated in the affiliate agreement.
How long does custom formulation take?
Plan in months, not weeks: feasibility and proposal first, then bench sampling and iteration, then the production run. Timeline depends heavily on ingredient sourcing and how many sampling rounds you want. The formulation consult will give you a realistic range for your specific concept.
Partners inherit our claims guardrails — on purpose
Every program above comes with the same rule we hold ourselves to: structure/function language only, no disease claims, no invented statistics, and required disclosures on marketing content. We supply pre-reviewed copy and creatives so staying compliant is the easy path, and we part ways with partners who won't.
