A dash means we hold no such value — not that it is hidden. Where a report reference is absent, the certificate we hold does not print one.
Four things a real certificate has to have

What this page will never do
- Show you a certificate from one lot and let you assume it covers another.
- Report a test result, a purity figure or a lab name that is not printed on a document we hold.
- Say "COA available on request" for a lot where no certificate exists.
- Quote an absorption percentage. No certificate measures that, and nobody selling these products has the data.
Ask us, and you get a real answer
Send the lot number printed on your pack. We will either forward the certificate InstaMed holds for that lot, or tell you that one has not been issued — which is a legitimate answer and one you deserve to hear plainly rather than have buried under "coming soon". A human reads every message.
What people ask about lot numbers
Where is the lot number on my pack?
It is printed on the carton in mono type, alongside the other pack markings. Enter it exactly as printed — case and spacing do not matter, and the lookup strips punctuation for you.
What if no certificate comes up for my lot?
Then we do not have one published for it. That can mean the certificate has not been issued to us yet, or that the product is one of the SKUs with no published certificate at all. Email the lot number to hello@tryinstamed.com and a human will find the document or tell you plainly that it does not exist yet.
Why not just show one certificate per product?
Because a certificate of analysis is a statement about one production lot, not about a product line. Showing you a certificate from a different lot and letting you assume it covers the box in your hand would defeat the entire point of publishing certificates.
Do you test the products yourselves?
No. tryinstamed.com is an independent authorized reseller. The certificates published here are the documents supplied to us by InstaMed for a given lot, reproduced without editing. We do not commission our own testing, and we do not present anyone else’s testing as ours.
