The 60-second ritual
Product usage instructions for the strip format — not a dosing protocol, and not medical advice.
Place
With clean, dry hands, place one strip flat under your tongue. No water needed.
Hold
Close your mouth and let the strip dissolve completely — about 60–90 seconds. Don't chew or move it around.
Swallow
Once fully dissolved, swallow normally. That's the whole routine — no needles, no mixing, no refrigeration.
Follow the directions on your pack's label. If you take prescription medication or have a medical condition, talk with a licensed healthcare provider before use.

Why under the tongue?
The tissue under your tongue is thin and rich in small blood vessels. When a strip dissolves there, some of what it carries can pass through that tissue directly; whatever you swallow afterward takes the ordinary digestive route instead.
How much travels each path differs from molecule to molecule — it depends on size, stability, and chemistry, and published human data for compounds like CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin by this route is limited. We won't quote you an absorption percentage, because an honest one doesn't exist yet. What the strip format verifiably removes: needles, reconstitution, refrigeration, and guesswork about handling.
What the research does — and doesn't — show
We'd rather tell you exactly where the science stands than write a bigger adjective.
What's established
- Each strip carries exactly what the Supplement Facts panel declares: CJC-1295 250 mcg + Ipamorelin 250 mcg.
- These compounds have been studied mostly in preclinical (animal and cell) models, with sustained research interest but limited published human data.
- Each lot of these strips is manufactured in a cGMP facility, and identity and content are documented on a per-lot certificate of analysis.
What isn't settled
- Large, well-controlled human clinical trials of this strip format have not been published. We won't imply otherwise.
- This product is a dietary supplement, not an FDA-approved drug — it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- How much is absorbed sublingually versus swallowed hasn't been quantified in published human studies, so we don't claim a number — or superiority over any other route.

Asked before you had to ask
What are CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin?
CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are two synthetic peptides that are frequently studied together in preclinical research. Each strip carries 250 mcg of each. In this product they are supplied as a dietary supplement — not a drug — and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
How do I use the strips?
Place one citrus-flavored strip under your tongue and let it dissolve completely. Each pack contains 20 strips. Follow the directions printed on your pack, and talk with a licensed healthcare provider before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Can I see third-party testing?
Yes. Each lot ships with a certificate of analysis; the current published lot is L1295, which documents both actives. Match the lot number printed on your pack against our COA lookup page at tryinstamed.com/coa; if no certificate is published for your lot, that page says so and shows you how to request it.
